Tropical Sherbet Swirl (Mocktail)
Ingredients:
1 cup rainbow sherbet
½ cup pineapple juice (cold)
¼ cup coconut cream
½ cup crushed ice
Optional: whipped cream or sprinkles for garnish
Instructions:
Blend Base:
In a blender, combine the pineapple juice, coconut cream, and crushed ice.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Layer & Swirl:
Scoop rainbow sherbet into a clear cup or glass.
Pour the blended coconut-pineapple mixture over the sherbet.
Use a spoon or straw to gently swirl the colors for a beautiful effect.
Serve Cold:
Top with whipped cream and sprinkles if desired.
Serve immediately with a straw or spoon.
