Lime, Guava & Clove Wellness Drink

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe guavas, peeled and chopped
  • Juice of 2 fresh limes
  • 2 cups (500 ml) cold water
  • 4–5 whole cloves
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)
  • 1–2 teaspoons honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash the guavas thoroughly and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Add the guava, water, lime juice, and ginger (if using) to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother drink.
  5. Lightly crush the cloves and steep them in a few tablespoons of hot water for about 5 minutes. Remove the cloves and add the infused liquid to the drink.
  6. Stir well, taste, and add honey if desired.
  7. Pour over ice and garnish with fresh mint.
