Crazy Dough Recipe – One Dough for Everything!
This all-in-one Crazy Dough is perfect for pizza, cinnamon rolls, bread, and dinner rolls—a true game changer!
Ingredients:
3 ½ cups (440g) all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups (360ml) warm milk or water
2 ¼ teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
1 egg (optional for extra richness)
Instructions:
Activate the Yeast:
In a bowl, mix warm milk/water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
Make the Dough:
In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.
Add yeast mixture, oil/butter, and egg (if using).
Mix until a soft dough forms.
Knead & Rise:
Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Pizza Dough: Roll out, add toppings, and bake at 475°F (245°C) for 10-12 minutes.
Cinnamon Rolls: Roll, fill with cinnamon-sugar, slice, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
Bread Loaf: Shape into a loaf, let rise, then bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes.
Dinner Rolls: Shape into rolls, let rise, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-18 minutes.
