Here is a simple and tasty recipe for Philly Cheesesteak-style cheese pasta

Philly Cheesesteak Cheese Pasta

Ingredients:

250 g of pasta (penne, rigatoni or fettuccine)

300 g of beef steak (fine slats)

1 green pepper, cut into strips

1 onion, minced

Two cloves of garlic, chopped up

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon of paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

200 ml of liquid cream

150 g of provolone or grated cheddar cheese

50 g of cream cheese (optional, for more unctuousness)

Preparation:

Cook the pasta according to the instructions, drain and reserve.

In a pan, heat the olive oil and fry the onion, garlic and pepper until they are tender.

Add the slatted steak, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt and pepper. Fry for 3-4 minutes until the meat is cooked.

Stir in liquid cream and cream cheese. Mix until the sauce is homogeneous.

Add the drained pasta and mix well.

Off the heat, add the grated cheese and mix until it melts completely.

Serve hot, with some extra grated cheese on top if desired
