Ingredients

  • 1 box Ritz crackers (or any buttery round crackers)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup crushed peanuts or peanut bits (optional, for texture)
  • 1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips or melting chocolate
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil (helps chocolate stay smooth)

Instructions

1. Prepare a Baking Sheet

Line a tray with parchment paper.

2. Mix the Filling

In a small bowl:

  • Combine peanut butter with crushed peanuts (optional).
