1–2 cups shredded mozzarella (for topping)

Fresh parsley for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta

Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (still slightly firm).

Olive oil

Paprika

Black pepper

Garlic powder

Lemon juice

  2. Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink and lightly golden.

Remove and set aside (don’t overcook).

  3. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the flour and whisk for 30 seconds to create a roux.
  5. Pour in heavy cream (and broth if using).
  6. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens.

Parmesan cheese

Mozzarella

Paprika

Black pepper

Salt

  1. Simmer 2–3 minutes until creamy.

Taste and adjust seasoning.

  1. Combine pasta + sauce

Add cooked pasta into the sauce.

Mix until every piece is coated in creamy Alfredo.

  1. Assemble the casserole
  2. Pour the creamy pasta into a baking dish.
  3. Add half of the cooked shrimp and mix gently.
  4. Top with:

Remaining shrimp (arrange them nicely like in the photo)

A generous layer of mozzarella

You’ll get the same crispy-cheesy edges shown in the image.

  1. Garnish & serve

Sprinkle fresh parsley on top.

Serve hot with:

Garlic bread

Salad

White rice

Roasted vegetables

🌟 Tips For a Perfect Shrimp Alfredo Bake

✔ Don’t overcook the shrimp

They finish cooking in the oven, so sear lightly.

✔ Use freshly grated cheese

Melts smoother than packaged cheese.

✔ Add chicken broth only if you want a thinner sauce

The casserole becomes thicker as it bakes.

✔ Broil for 2 minutes

This makes the top ultra-golden and bubbly like the photo.
