Easy Beef & Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients

Beef

  • 500g beef (sirloin, flank, or steak strips)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Veggies

  • 1 green bell pepper (chunks)
  • 1 red bell pepper (chunks)
  • 1 large onion (chunks)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Sauce

  • ½ cup beef broth or water
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional but 🔥)
  • 1 tbsp ketchup or hoisin
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (to thicken)

For cooking

  • 2 tbsp oil

Step 1 – Prep the Beef (Secret for tenderness)

Slice beef thin or small cubes.

Mix with:

soy sauce + cornstarch + pepper

Let sit 10–15 minutes.
