Ingredients
- 1 box Ritz crackers (or any buttery round crackers)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup crushed peanuts or peanut bits (optional, for texture)
- 1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips or melting chocolate
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (helps chocolate stay smooth)
Instructions
1. Prepare a Baking Sheet
Line a tray with parchment paper.
2. Mix the Filling
In a small bowl:
- Combine peanut butter with crushed peanuts (optional).
This gives the exact chunky texture seen in your photo.
3. Spread Peanut Butter on Crackers
Using a small spoon:
- Add a generous amount of peanut butter filling to each cracker.
You can make sandwiches or leave them open-faced just like the photo.
4. Melt the Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl:
- Add chocolate chips + 1 tbsp oil
- Heat 20–30 seconds at a time
- Stir until smooth
5. Spread the Chocolate
Spoon the melted chocolate over the peanut-butter crackers.
Let it drip over the sides — the rustic, swirled chocolate look matches your image perfectly.
6. Chill
Place the tray in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to set.
Storage
- Fridge: 1–2 weeks in airtight container
- Freezer: Up to 2 months
