Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or regular white potatoes)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley or thyme
- Optional: 1 tbsp melted butter for finishing
Instructions
1. Prepare the Potatoes
- Wash potatoes well and dry them completely.
- Keep the skin on.
- Use a fork to poke each potato 4–5 times (helps them cook evenly).
2. Seasoning Mix
In a bowl, mix:
- olive oil
- salt
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- paprika
- black pepper
- chopped herbs
Rub this mixture all over the potatoes until fully coated.
3. Air Fry
- Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for 3 minutes.
- Place potatoes inside the basket with space between them.
- Cook 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway.
TIP:
If using very large potatoes, cook 45–50 minutes.
4. Check for Doneness
Pierce with a knife or skewer:
- If it slides in easily → potatoes are ready.
- If still firm → cook 5–10 extra minutes.
5. Serve
Brush with melted butter for extra flavor.
Sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
Serve hot with:

- melted cheese
- grilled meat or chicken
