Ingredients:

• 1 oz coconut rum
• 1 oz blue curaçao
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz white grape juice
• 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
• 2 oz sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
• Ice cubes

Garnish:

• Pineapple leaf or lime wheel
• Mint sprig

Instructions:

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Pour in coconut rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, grape juice, and lime juice.

1. Shake well until chilled and combined.
2. Strain into a highball or hurricane glass filled with ice.

1. Top with sparkling water or lemon-lime soda for a refreshing fizz.
2. Garnish with a lime wheel, mint sprig, or pineapple leaf for a tropical finish
