Fu*ck Me Gently
Ingredients:
- 1 oz coconut rum
- 1 oz blue curaçao
- 1 oz lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Splash of lemon-lime soda or sparkling coconut water
- Ice cubes
Garnish:
- Lemon wheel
- Gummy shark (or blue candy)
- Optional: blue sugar rim or mint sprig
Instructions:
- Optional: Rim your glass with lemon juice and dip in blue sugar for extra ocean flair.
- Fill a shaker with ice and add coconut rum, blue curaçao, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Top with a splash of lemon-lime soda or sparkling coconut water.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and a gummy shark perched on the rim
