SET MY PU*SSY ON FIRE
Ingredients (serves 1):
- 1 oz dark rum
- 1 oz overproof rum (for a bold kick)
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- ¾ oz lime juice (fresh)
- ½ oz passion fruit syrup
- ½ oz simple syrup
- Dash of bitters
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple leaf, lime wheel, and optional flaming lime shell (for garnish)*
Instructions:
- Shake it bold:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine dark rum, overproof rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, passion fruit syrup, simple syrup, and a dash of bitters.
- Shake hard:
Shake well for 10–15 seconds until chilled.
- Strain and pour:
Strain into a tiki mug or rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish tropical-style:
Garnish with a pineapple leaf and lime wheel. For flair, float a lime shell filled with overproof rum and carefully ignite it for a fiery presentation.*
*Always use caution with open flames. Extinguish before drinking.
