Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Beef & Corn Bowties

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cups bowtie pasta
  • 1 can (15 oz) sweet corn, drained
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.

  1. Transfer beef to a slow cooker and add corn, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, milk, and garlic powder.

  1. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.

  1. In the last 20 minutes, cook bowtie pasta separately, then stir into the slow cooker.

  1. Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!
