Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Beef & Corn Bowties
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cups bowtie pasta
- 1 can (15 oz) sweet corn, drained
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Transfer beef to a slow cooker and add corn, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, milk, and garlic powder.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- In the last 20 minutes, cook bowtie pasta separately, then stir into the slow cooker.
- Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
