Strawberry Banana Pudding Pan

Strawberry Banana Pudding Pan

Ingredients:

For the Pudding Layer:
2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
4 cups cold milk
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
1 cup heavy whipping cream (optional for extra creaminess)
For the Layers:
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
2–3 ripe bananas, sliced

2 cups graham crackers, crushed
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
For Garnish:
Extra whipped topping
Additional strawberry and banana slices
Graham cracker crumbs

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Graham Cracker Crumble:
In a medium bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until evenly combined. Set aside.

2️⃣ Make the Pudding Layer:
In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
Fold in the whipped topping for a fluffy, creamy texture. If using heavy whipping cream, whip it to soft peaks and gently fold it in as well.

3️⃣ Assemble the Layers:
In a 9×13-inch pan or aluminum tray, spread a thin layer of pudding mixture on the bottom.
Sprinkle a layer of graham cracker crumble, followed by an even layer of sliced strawberries and bananas.
Repeat the layers until the ingredients are used up, ending with a layer of pudding on top.

4️⃣ Decorate the Top:
Spread whipped topping evenly over the top layer. Garnish with fresh strawberry and banana slices, and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs for extra crunch.

5️⃣ Chill & Serve:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together. Serve chilled and enjoy!
