Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Layer the Potatoes:
Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish. Spread the thinly sliced potatoes evenly across the bottom. Season with a little salt and pepper.
- Add the Pork Chops:
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides, then place them on top of the potatoes.
