Pork Chop Supreme

Here’s how to make that Pork Chop Supreme that’ll have everyone saying OMG:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  1. Layer the Potatoes:
Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish. Spread the thinly sliced potatoes evenly across the bottom. Season with a little salt and pepper.

  1. Add the Pork Chops:
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides, then place them on top of the potatoes.

  1. Mix the Sauce:
In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, Lipton onion soup mix, and milk. Stir until smooth.

  1. Pour & Cover:
Pour the mixture over the pork chops and potatoes, making sure everything gets coated nicely.

  1. Bake:
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove the foil for the last 10–15 minutes to brown the top a bit, if desired.

  1. Serve:
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Pairs great with green beans or a crisp salad.
