Ingredients:
1 box brownie mix
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 eggs


1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:

  1. Bake the Brownie Layer: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions, then pour it into a greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 20 minutes, then let it cool slightly.

  1. Prepare the Cheesecake Batter: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Gently fold in the sour cream until combined.

  1. Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour the cheesecake mixture over the slightly cooled brownie base. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and use a knife to swirl it into the batter for a marbled look.

  1. Bake and Cool: Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is just set. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an hour to cool gradually.
