For the Korean BBQ Beef:
1 lb beef (flank steak, skirt steak, or short ribs), thinly sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
For the Charred Corn:
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt & black pepper
For the Bowl:
1 cup cooked rice

How to Make It

1️⃣ Marinate the Beef
In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Add the thinly sliced beef, toss to coat, and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).

2️⃣ Cook the Beef
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the marinated beef and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until caramelized and fully cooked.

3️⃣ Char the Corn
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add corn, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Stir occasionally, cooking for 5–7 minutes until slightly charred and fragrant.

4️⃣ Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Set aside until ready to drizzle over the bowls.

5️⃣ Assemble the Bowls
Divide steamed rice between serving bowls.
Top with grilled beef and charred corn.
Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce and garnish with extra parsley if desired.
