Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Strawberry Pretzel Salad
A Sweet and Salty Delight: Strawberry Pretzel Salad
Ingredients:
6 oz Strawberry Jello
2 cups Boiling water
2 cups Pretzels, crushed
1/4 cup Sugar
8 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup Sugar
8 oz Whipped Topping, thawed
1 lb Strawberries, sliced
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the Strawberry Jello with boiling water in a medium bowl. Stir until completely dissolved and allow it to cool to room temperature.
Melt butter in a medium saucepan and stir in 1/4 cup sugar. Add the crushed pretzels to this mixture.
Transfer the pretzel mixture to a 9×13 baking pan, pressing evenly into the bottom to form a crust. Bake for about 10 minutes, then allow to cool completely.
While the pretzel layer cools, use a hand mixer to blend the cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel layer, ensuring you cover the entire surface to seal the layers.
Chill the pan in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Stir the sliced strawberries into the room temperature jello, then pour over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or until the jello is set.
Serve this delightful dessert chilled and enjoy the perfect balance of sweet, salty, and creamy flavors.
