Avocado Chips Recipe
Ingredients:
1 large ripe avocado
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Avocado Mixture: In a bowl, mash the ripe avocado until smooth. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined.
Shape the Chips: Using a spoon, scoop small portions of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Flatten each scoop into thin, round chips (about 1/8-inch thick) to ensure crispiness.
Bake the Chips: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy around the edges.
Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let the chips cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy as a snack or with your favorite dip!
