“This looks so crispy and cheesy! I made these for a snack, and they were a big hit. The crunchy coating and cheesy broccoli filling make them a perfect appetizer or side dish!”

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
Olive oil spray (or vegetable oil for frying)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the steamed and chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oregano.
Add the beaten egg to the mixture and stir until everything is well combined. The mixture should hold together when formed into small balls.
Using your hands, form small bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter) from the mixture.
Place the broccoli cheese balls on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray them with olive oil.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
